Tournament ranking numbers

We are seeing an apparent imbalance in numbers between people in the same FS with the same number of tournament provinces completed. Can anyone remember seeing the list of per-province-points at various levels? (i.e. x [/level]*[8 encounters]+ [province bonus]

Level 1. 36 pts = 20 +8 x 2
Level.2 82 pts = 50 + 8 x 4
Level.3 214 pts = 150 + 8 x 8
Level.4 428 pts = 300 +8 x16
Level.5 756 pts = 500 + 8 x 32
Level.6 1512 pts = 1000 + 8 x 64
