Dear all,

I apologize for this simple question; however, I have not been able to find the answer:

At what point in the tech tree (or elsewhere) does one earn the ability to participate in tournaments? I ask on behalf of a new player who is in Chapter III (humans) and still does not have the tournament option available.

Oh Wise One
You have to be in a Fellowship.
If they are in an FS but cannot tourney they should contact support.
The only other reason someone wouldn't be able to play is if they have no provinces in the tourney relic.
But I cannot imagine that being true of someone in III
