Trading Outpost Upgrade?

If I upgrade my Trading Outpost after the Portal Profit expires will that bring back the Portal Profit?

That is a good question, but logically I don't think it would since it has changed to the expired version. Check and see the image (and name) of the upgraded expired version; if it says "expired" in the upgraded version then you know for sure that it won't give back the portal profit.
