i am loading brew badges and have L1 and higher level workshops the l1 workshops are pumping them out in 90 seconds ish the advanced worlshops are taking the 5 minutes

It's intented to make easier FA for people that put a lot of lvl 1 workshops.
Breweries were pain in the back. Now they are 2.5x less painful.
lvl 1 - 2 minutes
lvl 2 - 3 minutes
lvl 3 - 4 minutes
lvl 4+ = 5 minutes.
