For "New, wonderful workshops"
Upgrade 2 workshops that are at least level 4
I have upgraded 3 so far and has only counted as one.
One was level 5 to level 6, the other two were level 4 to level 5.
I am using chrome ver 43.0., have tried refresh, closing and restarting chrome, and restarting computer.
It has been working very well for me until this issue.
