My barracks all of a sudden stopped making full squads, now making single units. So, my queue of 5 is done in like 2 minutes. I cannot make Elverian Guard badges for Fellowship Adventure, or many troops, unless I sit there and continuously add to the queue.

Did you change the amount you are training in the sliding bar below the troops? That could be the reason why you are training less.

I can't remember how long I played this game before I found that sliding bar! We're definitely talking over a year. For me, it was the least obvious UI in the game, lol! No idea why, once I payed it any attention. Just the oddest thing to miss. I saw the number of troops being trained, it just never hit me that the bar allowed you to change that number

Most likely the OP moved his armories to the Summonings tab via teleport or disconnected them from the main hall
