Valentines Buildings

Kind of an odd question because I think I have a glitch. When I logged in this morning, game showed I had completed the Valentine's event although I'm only on step 19 and the little window for step 19 is still showing,. I clicked on the green lit checkmark and for the little window under it and it showed 23/23 quests complete and that I had "won" the buildings and the countdown timer has now disappeared.

However, I can't find the buildings. I am assuming they should show up in the culture tab? Is that correct?

Ah thank you, and there they are. Still a glitch tho I'm thinking since I haven't finished the event.

Maybe Inno decided to show some love? Yeah....I dunno.... I have the buildings, but wasn't trying to complete the event.

(Ack! Too much love, too much! I need a shower!)
