Visibility in a province? - fixed now

This current province I only have 3 clearly visible circle encounter spots visible. Plus one that is half visible because it is on the border. Now I am blindly clicking all over to get lucky and find an encounter. I have 7/8 on the province completed and finding that last one is a booger bear.

All the geography is intact, my screen isn't blurred or blocked, there is just no other encounter circles visible.

Is this something someone else has encountered?

Okay my bad I am special lol. Roommate walked over and did control key and scrolled me out. *blush*
