Open Whale Bay not displaying decimals for Ancient Wonder Bonus

Whale Bay Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 show Ancient Wonder Bonus as 48%, but should show 47.5% based on BTG level 32. Gives correct values, just a display error. Needs to show values to one decimal point.
