Very strange thing, the little offer for the stash outpost did not show up in my city (no other worlds, so did not sign in somewhere else first).

Other people have also not received the offer. It's possible they are not offering it to everyone.

What do you do? You call or email as they directed. This is a free to play game, and there’s probably 1 support specialist for every thousand+ players. They don’t have the time and resources to manage the process for you.

I have three cities - two of them got the offer and 1 didn't. They don't roll the offer everywhere - now what their logic is about who gets it and who doesn't I have no clue. My guess is they are targeting people who never buy things versus who buys all the time and to see at what price point will someone take the offer and/or how can I get a no spender to spend. Yes this is a free game however if there were no diamond purchases the game wouldn't be free.

Now for someone to answer "not my department" is pretty bad. I would screen shot the response, open a new ticket and complain that it might not be someone's job but they didn't have to be rude about it.
Agreed, though I'm guessing that's not so much what they said, as the gist of the message.

You might want to remove that, as they explicitly forbid sharing the contents of tickets.

If you go to the link in that response, you'll be able to see all your previous tickets and responses. As far as i can tell, they never get rid of them.

It looks like they did that for me. I didn't know that was a bad thing. I guess I will just play the game and not talk about it.
