I have a total of six neighbors in Khelonaar. The rest have been empty spots since the start about 10 months ago. Automatic relocation system switched on. A couple of tickets sent recently.
Further to the chain about inactive neighbors littering the inhabited surface, the automatic relocation system has room for improvement.
The suggestion is to relocate inactive cities over here. There is endless choice of spots north, east and west. This should free up space downtown for relocating currently marooned active cities.
