I want to figure out what the most efficient use of Eldian Sapphires is for the purpose of converting them to Royal Restorations by simply buying a premium culture building and immediately selling it. Has anyone figured this out yet?
To the best of my knowledge, most premium culture buildings will produce at least one royal restoration when sold, but a small amount of them were specifically changed to not give them because it was a better deal to purchase them and sell them than it was to purchase royal restorations directly with diamonds when it was on sale. I have read that the following buildings produce spell fragments when sold instead of Royal Restorations. I have not personally confirmed all of these:
- Magic Chasm (270 Spell Fragments)
- Barbecue Area (340 Spell Fragments)
- Royal Guard (260 Spell Fragments)
- Anchor Point (410 Spell Fragments)
- Flower Cage (153 Spell Fragments).
So far, I believe that the best building to purchase and sell for RR for an Elven city is the Shrine of Enar, which you can purchase for 18 Eldian Sapphires and sell for 2 Royal Restorations for a conversion rate of 1 RR per 9 sapphires. (WARNING: THIS WAS CHANGED. THIS IS NO LONGER CORRECT)
Also, random tip: You cannot cancel the construction of a premium culture building, so you can't quickly check to see how much it would sell for and then cancel the construction before it finishes.
EDIT: The Shrine of Enar has been changed to give 450 spell fragments. Do not purchase Shrines of Enar.
