What's up with 2 minute beverages in workshops?

Several of my friends have just noticed today that level one workshops can produce beverages in just two minutes, while the high level workshops take the regular 5 minutes. Is this a new feature for the FA or is it a glitch?

@Darielle Its gotta be a glitch. But ***SO*** hoping this is not corrected before the next fellowship adventure. If L1 workshops can pound out beverages in 2 minutes instead of 5 minutes, it will be so much easier to make Brewery badges!

We've made some changes for players in the early chapters to make progression a bit easier for them, this is one of those changes. This info was included in the release notes announcement.

This is an unrecorded change and is working as intended, so I was told in my bug report on Beta.
