when does Spire start

Spire started at chpt III when I started last year. I was talking to a player who started chpt IV and says they don't have it. Wondering when it starts currently?

IMO the new tech tree is in the wrong order. It is is like fishing without bait or lure; you will just be ignored or scare the fish (new players) away. From my point of view ...

There's a dedicated thread pinned in the discussions for feedback specific to the ch 1-5 speed-up. You will probably have better luck having your thoughts included in any feedback to the devs if you post them there.

You can @ one of the forum mods to move it for you, but it's probably just as easy to copy/paste it over there.
