Where are the planks tournament rewards

I had a popup saying the tournament was over and rewards would be coming in a few minutes.

No rewards in four cities in four different worlds. Arendyll, Winyandor, Sinya Arda, Ceravyn.

You may have to log out and back in but they will be here soon.

If you are logged in when the tournament ends, the rewards sometimes get hung up. Logging out and logging right back in normally takes care of the issue.

Yeah, I did the same thing just now and nothing. Looks like the rewards are running late. Last year this was a constant problem, but I thought they fixed it. It is rather annoying that the problem has come back.

me too - no rewards in Fely/Aren/Winy = but yes in Khel! so there may be hope...

Support says they have not been tabulated yet.

Yeah, there's another thread about this issue. One player got the tabulated response and another said developers have acknowledged the problem and do not have an ETA for the fix.

It seems to be fixed on some worlds. Try the log in log out one more time.

Mine came in finally. Hope everyone elses did also.
