When fulfilling a quest - "Gain 5 enchantments", why don't crafted spells and enchantments count? Shouldn't they count?

Someone else posted in another thread that they had the same thing happen to them, so there must be a bug causing this for some players. Inno knows about it by now, I am sure, but if more people report it, maybe it will get fixed sooner.
