I thought it'd be interesting to share what we currently working on and/or what we want to get. It could be anything that we're focusing on or trying to keep doing that give us or will give us satisfaction and make us feel good that we're getting it or will get it.

I always follow the core of the game, which is completing the chapters. When the day comes that Inno announces they are done adding new chapters is probably the day I quit playing.

I'd love to like it because progressing through chapters is my main goal too. But I don't think I'll stop once they stop adding new chapters, I'll just start over again as I already done once before. To me being at the end of game again is nearly the same as them stopping because it is a very long time between releases. I just struggle to abandon my big city because it's the best one yet. Once I finish the new chapter, it's a decision time again whether to start a new city or not. Another option is to play both, the big city and a new city but I put quite a bit of energy into new cities (spreadsheets, more regular collections etc). What I could do is to park my new city every time there's a new chapter released and then once I'm finished go back to the new city again. Decision, decisions, decisions! :D

All my live cities are still moving forward in chapters. Since I hardly ever use portal profits, every chapter takes its time.

This prevents me of arriving in endgamer-status for a long time now.
My capital will arrive in chapter 18 soon. Seems like there is still much to do, this calms me down. ;)

My current personal goal in game, is trying to win a "Glorious Arch of Triumph" in FA.

Older "goals" out of my storm and stress period, like "server domination", overtaking players or fellowships with or without announcement and all that ranking stuff I do not really follow anymore, especially since the whole situation changed and I am not able to win that much diamonds and ,much more important to me, time boosters anymore. :)

At the moment I am feeling like a retired multi-gold-spire-player somehow and meanwhile I am ok with that.
I will be that old, very experienced knowlledge multimillionaire one day.
Teaching new fellows and telling them stories about the long forgotten past of Elvenar, a time where where milk and honey flowed, while sitting at the fellowship-campfire
One day I will be like some of the guys I used to follow, look up to and learn from ingame as a young multi-worlder.

My personal enjoyment is my fellowship, the only one I am archmage of.
My personal challenge is to "train" new players and/or casual players at least a little.

InnoGames is trying to keep the surronding in balance and I try to manage my fellowship as "laissez faire" as possible, without any minimal requirement but "balancing" to succeed in wining 10 weekly chests in tournament anyway.

As an archmage I try to keep as much pressure as possible away from my fellows and I like to watch them grow and asking me questions about this and that from time to time. I love it! ;)

Edit: Being able to see this game from as much diffrent perspectives as possible, was and still will continue to be my personal goal in Elvenar.

At this moment, I'm slowly fine tuning on chapter production. I'm trying to see what goods I need and how much so I can remove or add manufacturies and make more space for settlement.

Currently working on the new chapter. I have replaced all roads with the new ones, am upgrading my T2 factories now and working on gathering the chaptergoods to unlock the barracks upgrade.

Next goal I have for myself is to break my own tourney highscore, which at the moment stands at 100 provinces * 6 rounds (I thought that was a nice neat number). So working on gathering troops, saving up on boosterbuildings and Vitality Surges.

I read somewhere that there is a plan for 30 chapters.
The problem is that with 1 chapter per year and 22 just having been released that would mean 8 years.

Considering the fact that in general players go through a chapter faster than that, even players who play casually, it will mean more and more players reaching the end of the techtree with little else to do but wait and gather ridiculous amounts of resources, which tends to lead to a certain amount of boredom in the game.

There's always an option to start another city all over again. This is my second time I reached end of game and as much as it seems too much hard work to start again I find it quite entertaining. A lot has changed since we played the early chapters so it's a bit of a different game too. The hard part to me is to abandon my big city but outside of new chapters, it runs very smoothly so I might just do the basics to keep it running.

I could. However, I am not really interested in doing that again.
I brought my original city on the German server to the end of the techtree (as it was at the time) started a new one on the Dutch server, brought that to the new end of the techtree, then upped the German one to there as well. Both are now inactive and for all I know may have been deleted for longterm inactivity.
My main city on the US server is the last one. Going through the new techtree for a starting city is unattractive to me. And redoing the game is not nearly as much fun for me, as one already knows the pitfalls and can work ahead.
Besides that, the most dreadful chapter was the orcs, but with the introduction of PP spells that has become easier.
And as I LIKE having multiple AWs in a city, the new system for me makes the game a lot less attractive to do over again.

I will have to reconsider breaking my own tourney record as something has been changed in a major way. And in the last year too.
I mean, I have more troops than I ever had before. Like 2x as many troops of every kind as I had when I set my own record of 27.000 points (100 provinces*6 rounds) which was on Feb 3, 2024. And yet it appears I won't have enough troops to even match it.
This is what is showing now for province 100 for only the 2nd round. Which means that for round 6 I may not even be able to fill a squad.

So though I had planned to try this week I guess I will have to wait a bit longer and keep pumping out troops. And just finish 60 provinces or so (did 100 for 1 round just to get a feel for the amounts of troops/goods needed).
I'll just have to be satisfied with a score of about 17.000-18.000 points or so this week.
