It's no contest at all. Saitama aka Caped Baldy himself from One Punch Man
I've always as a writer for fun been interested in the idea of the OP, unstoppable character. OPM epitomizes this notion perfectly and explores it in so many funny ways. To some extent Superman has always dealt with similar issues and writers have dealt with it in various ways such as Kryptonite or DNPCs that can be held hostage and the unstoppable hero made to obey the villain in order to safeguard the life of their friend or loved-one. Years ago I imagined such a hero or being ( who would be not so dissimilar to a god ) and reasoned that they would end up a desperately lonely and bored person. With no challenges in life in terms of crimefighting or battling, at least, life would be one long sigh.
Enter Saitama who, aside from being the most powerful being, at least physically and practically immune to damage at this point, goes through life trying to keep being a hero for fun, which is why he got into the business in the first place.
Opening theme to OPM-
This is some of Saitama's best punches in a shorter video-
