  1. How to merge with another fellowship?

    I am not a new player, but am new to some of the bells and whistles, like fellowship mergers. Can someone explain how two fellowships complete a merge? What happens to the trophies acquired by each fellowship? Just don't want to mess it up for anyone.

  2. High ranking points, but only a couple of buildings?

    I noticed while visiting players on my "new" map that there are some cities with a fair amount of ranking points but only a couple of buildings. The buildings are from advanced chapters, but how does a player get points and progress through chapters without any residence, workshop, industry, etc.?
