2x presents from the ribbons

Do they carry over, does anyone know? I have a 2x, but not enough ribbons to open another present (and not enough desire to get another of today's presents either, actually). So will I get 2 of whatever I open first tomorrow?

No, everything with the presents resets at the beginning of the next game day when you have to shuffle again before opening anything.

So if you open a 2x gift, and dont get to open another before the reset, you lose the 2x gift?

Yes. And if you get the magnifying glass that reveals two presents, that goes away too.
