You would not need to tip or down. Just to able to see behind certain buildings, at least to some degree. I also have a ? ,if you get a expansion of land and move stuff around with and it becomes empty can you move that expansion, and then place buildings.

  1. The concept that I like is a "Blueprint Mode" that flattens the building superstructure, and would leave you with just the foundation footprints.
  2. Once they're placed, expansions cannot be moved..
