seem to happen after a time, i put troop production into barracks, then when i watch it again, i cant cancel the production, need refresh the game to do so
the x button is just not clickable

Thanks for sharing this information with us. we have been testing a few things to recreate it and have not been able to do so. I will have another mod look into this as well.

not sure if the time is the problem or placing 4 troops inside when its inactive

This is a known bug. After talking to the other mods here they stated that this generally happens when you click fast. Its been forwarded for correction.
