Quest Icon, Options Icon, Chat Slider and Window:
If these are over any city item, clicking/pointing brings up the pop up from the below item - often ON TOP of the actual front icon.
I keep having to move my city around so that nothing is beneath the chat or quests - it's really tedious. Have to slide the city around every time I want to respond to a chat, click a quest...
