Closed | Archived [7725] Can't access the Province map to explore

I'm not able to get into the province map to complete explorations.
When I click on the globe I get about 80% of the download bar and then nothing. It just freezes.
I'm on Google Chrome.
I've cleared my cache a number of times.
I'm fairly new - do we only get a certain number of visits a day?
Anyone else having this problem?

No, you should be able to visit without issue. I occasionally have it freeze and have to refresh when changing maps but clicking refresh usually resolves the issue for me.

Click on the gear icon, over to the right, and select Full Screen mode. If that doesn't do the trick then you need to right click and turn in a support ticket so that the game mods can get to the bottom of it.
