Adding Quest Hotkeys

Adding a hotkey D-decline, O-o.k., C-Cancel, F-finish for the declinable quests would be a very handy feature.
It would also be great if when logging out using the L hotkey we could just hit the hotkey 2x and be logged out instead of it just bringing up the logout window which we then have to scroll over and click.

Oh my! Inno developers are so anti-declining that it's a wonder we don't have four layers to decline through. They'll never make it any easier.
