Advanced Scout quest

I have just received a quest to research advanced scouts. I'm just finishing Chapter 2 so I researched that ages ago. Quest will not register that it is complete. Logging out and back in does not help. There is no decline option either so I can't even get rid of it to get the next quest. Please fix this.

Have you researched the advance scout for chapter 3 yet?Every time you are near the end of the chapter, that quest will come up. The advance scouts are located under the chest at the beginning of each chapter.
