All buildings scrunched in a corner?

Every few cities I visit I have noticed that every single building is scrunched in the corner of the map. It looks like a huge blank slate of green grass and every building is piled on top of each other in top left corner. Now, if I hover the mouse pointer over areas in the "grass" I'll see the building highlight in the corner just a bit, but it's really weird. I can't be the only one experiencing this right?

Zoom in and out to fix it, it is a bug and that is the easy workaround

Or refresh the game will fix too. Though zooming in/out will be much faster.

yes,but rebooting evry time during multiple instances of that happening is not viable for me. will start trying the zooming work-around.

It's a known bug that has sneaked back into the production build.
