In Forge of Empires (another great Innovision game!), when you move buildings around in your city, after you grab a building to move it, you can hover over another building and click your mouse. This swaps the buildings (i.e. the building you originally grabbed and moved is placed where the building you hovered over used to be, and now you've grabbed the building that used to be there). This is an immensely helpful ability, since space is always a premium, and when you're re-organizing to maximize space (so you can build another building), you often don't have room to place things when you move them.
