I've gotten this ad twice now.
This is only a part of it to keep it small for here. Actually, it takes over the entire screen. In the upper right corner is the countdown and the X to click to close it. It looks very suspicious to me. After seeing it, I've done a deep scan of my computer and nothing was found, but I didn't click the button. I'd suggest people to not click it. This is the type of problem I've worried about since Ads began.
