Title. I'm aiming to be a fighting city, and eventually get all the fighting wonders(and fire chicken when it comes up in MA)

I do have a few questions though. Should I wait till chapter 4, or 5? We have the basic units like priests, mortars, paladins, etc by the end of chapter 3. I ask because I know fighting isn't the best early because your units lack the promotions, and you lack the basic units early(Priests/mortars)

Also, what is the bare minimum you'd be able to get away with goods when it comes to factories? I only ever intend to really use goods to complete research, would 2/2/2 work, or would that be to little? I haven't gotten past chapter5(looking back on things I was just about in dwarves but never made it years ago) so I don't know to much about whats good or bad, and trying to plan ahead. Thank you!

To add onto this: Should I save my wonder KP for when I eventually get my own, or donate to FS members to get chests later?

Use the instants you have now strategically to gain rune shards for the Wonders you wish to place. Keep in mind if you want rune shards you want to be and stay out front :)
