Black patch with white lines while moving

Since the last update, when I try to move anything, diagonal white lines with a black background appear and there is a 1 to 2 second delay in the action. This makes it very difficult to move anything. I've tried turning the game off and back on. It's been going on ever since the update. I've tried restarting my computer. I've logged in and out of the game. I even tried using windows explorer rather than google to get to the game. Any other ideas???? I did just put in windows 10, would that make a difference?

Do you get the same symptom when you enable/disable hardware acceleration?
You can find the option at the bottom of your Gear > Options menu.
