Building up Gruff Orc Warriors?

Are there buildigns we can craft or buy or win in events that produce Gruff Orc Warriors? I never seem to have enough Orcs to do it in the training grounds.

Solar Training Ground from a recent event gives Orc Warriors, but can't buy or craft at the moment now that event's over.

the Shrine of Champions Ancient Wonder gives them. But it only becomes available in chapter 18 or 19.

I hear you. I have 2 wonders waiting on 265k orcs and a merc camp waiting on 40k orcs to upgrade, so no orc warriors or orc strats getting trained any time soon.

Yep, I get gruff orc warriors from brown bear. I get 1,920 every 48 hours.

The solar training grounds I have each give 1460 every 24 hours. (They are all from Chap 17; I haven't yet upgraded.)
