I try to up grade armories and it keep telling me to"research .I have and pay the money for it with diamonds.But it will not let me up grade..

If you unlocked the correct research with diamonds and paid the activation costs so the research is checked with a green check and have then refreshed your browser and if you still cant upgrade: Open a support ticket for support to resolve the issue, Right click anyplace in the game and pick support from the flash menu. Screen shots also help your case
