Change Merchant to a 3-hour return and switch out ascended requirements

Reason: If you are lucky and in chapter 18 and have ascended ingots, you are golden.
If you are lucky and in chapter 19 with ascendeds of minerals and/or powder, you are golden

Anything else and it is months and months and millions of coins (not spending diamonds to get through a chapter; that's ridiculous) to get the goods you need.

I have 13 pages offering wax.

I occasionally see someone offering minerals (once or twice a day) - and half the time they want powder.

I NEVER see anyone offering powder unless it is because the person wants... minerals.

Both level 2 and level 3 breeders require powder. Why can't they at the very least be staggered so that it is not two powders in a row?

I think that the shortages vary from one realm to another, but you are certainly correct that there shouldn't be two in a row asking for the same goods.

I like your 3 hour return, why do think that this is a good idea? Could Inno have another reason for making this longer?
