The production bonus in the chap 21 portal is not correctly defined.
The production bonus should be mentioned as either the Settlement Production Bonus (from the portal itself) or as Ancient Wonder production bonus if the Blooming Trader's Guild would affect the production.
Showing the production giving itself a bonus is strange to say the least and this goes for all the Oblations
