I think it would be great to have world chat! Another helpful feature would be if you can see when a person last logged onto the game. When you visit a person's city, (members & world map players) under the city name or players profile, it could show the date of "Last logged on" This would be very helpful when looking for new players to join the Fellowship. You would see how active the person is and not waste your time sending mail to players that haven't logged on in weeks! If I had to choose between the two new ideas & suggestions, I would prefer to see last logged on, over World Chat. :)

Especially when you've expanded in the provinces; and have multiple neighbors whose accounts that aren't active anymore.
