Cities in F, E, W, & C-worlds stop loading at 17/26.

I'm in E, and I just refresh the page each time I enter at 11/26, then wait till it reloads. You might try that.

I have been having the same problem. This is day 3 for me. The only way I can get in is by the app.

Use any other browser than safari and you'll be fine. Chrome and Firefox are both confirmed to be working on a Mac. It's only the safari browser that creates trouble.
