So I put all this effort into City Expansion 26, and did not get it. WTF? It shows as complete but I can't use the expansion.

Hey Wolverine, you more then likely don't have the coins to pay for it. If you hover your mouse over it will show you if it there or not. Hope this helps neighbor!

Nope. I fulfilled everything and it was green. Good to go. But no expanision.

Then I would put a ticket into support and they will check it out for you. Just right click on the game screen and then click support and then fill out a ticket.
