city expansions

3 times now when I have unlocked city expansions in research, I have not gotten the expansions when I go to build them. I can't expand my cities and continue to play the game if this keeps happening.

Look in the far right tab of the buildings menu, called expansions. You will have to use coins to place the expansion, but that's how the research tree expansions work. I hope this helps.

Do you have enough coins to buy your expansions?? You need to look at the expansion cost and look at your coin supply to see if you can actually place it.
