Cultural buildings that give goods

Are the culture buildings that give goods every 24 or 36 hours worth the space they take up? I need space to be able to upgrade residences etc. Thanks for any help.

Keep in mind they give you goods without the overhead of needing more residence and population to produce that good compared to building your own factory, workshop, etc. General rule of thumb is the ones from the build menu are pretty awful in terms of per tile yield, and the ones from events are infinitely better. If you have quests that asks you to build something from the build menu, then usually you'd sell it off after checking off that quest and replace with event stuff. Culture buildings from build menu aren't worth the space they take up.

There are some 3rd party sites with good information. They let you sort by what type of goods you want to compare (pop, culture, mana, goods, etc).

Here is you on Elvenstats in Felyndral and Sinya Arda. Click lower centre link to Elvenarchitect. Shows you have empty tiles to fill in both Felyndral and Sinya Arda. Have a play around in Elvenarchitect for options on layout, then replicate in game.

Here is a suggestion on an alternative layout for Sinya Arda, saving you 78 roads, just over three expansions worth. Also leaving you space to upgrade all your buildings.
