Deleting?

I just started playing and have NO idea what I'm doing. I cannot figure out how to delete anything. I've pressed every freaking button available and there is no delete.

(I'm trying to delete a path I put in the wrong place)

You want to "sell" the path, usijng the $ icon on top of the bottom toolbar

If it is in the wrong spot you can also use the move button to the right of the $ symbol. You will likely grow a love/hate relationship with moving things around
