Disappearing buildings and roads

Something is going on with the graphics, my buildings and roads keep disappearing. If I log out then back in it will be different things missing from the last time. Sometimes just part of the thing is invisible. It is also happening in neighboring cities I visit.

I have this issue sometimes, I just go to the graphic options and turn down the city graphic quality, I have it at med when at my city and low when I do visits.
