in the work shops when they got dun I cant get the proudcition our it still keeps the working logo up

Even through that gibberish, I still understood what you meant...

You are unable to collect because your Main Hall has reached it's capacity. Look at the top of your screen and the numbers indicated in red means you cannot collect anymore of those resources until you spend some or upgrade your Main Hall.
