Closed | Contact Support Failed looking for new buildings error message

I keep getting an error when loading the app on my mobile device saying “failed looking for new buildings. Please check your internet connection”. I have checked my internet and have an excellent connection. Also updated app. Then deleted and reinstalled without any luck.
