How do I send a Fellowship invitation to a player?

In the game go to your city click on your score where that gold cup is a screen will pop up and you can enter their name in the search box if you are looking for a certain person. When you are on that persons city that badge next to the message box click on it. If they are not in a fellowship you can send them an invite when that screen pops up

Click on their name, and a little popup will appear. From there you can "Send Message", "Visit", or "View Fellowship" (if they're in one) or "Invite Player" if they're not in a fellowship.
