I don't understand the benefits info. What does 500 after 2 hours mean? Actually what does the 250/(forgot how much) mean? Is this an incredibly stupid question???

I think what you are referring to is the amount of supplies or mana a building is giving. The 500 after 2 hours means that's what you will get at the early collection time, the other is what you get if you wait until it is full when you collect it..
