Ive been stuck for 3 days now, it asks for goods of my choice using 3 hour option, Ive done it on every good I have and it will not give me credit I cant move forward now all I get is the daily shovel free gift.. is anyone else having this problem. I cant move forward like this. Please help me, Thank

Those quests always require the production marble, steel, or planks only. If those are not working, you should contact Support from in-game.

Thank you, I wish Id known that a few days ago. Planks worked but that's also what I use to produce my gum, so it w as the only one I didn't use. Thank you so much. Ive been playing for y ears now and never knew that rule.

Loretta, it usually says "basic" goods on that quest. Basic are the planks, steel and marble. Crafted are the silk, scrolls and crystal, etc etc. If they say "any" goods then any will work. If they say "basic," you're stuck with just the basic.

Or any quest (event or Season) that says "goods of your choice" will also include your Sentient and/or Ascended goods productions.
