I have no idea if I received the diamonds from the forum contest already, but the post mentions we need to present a claim within 7 days and I have no idea where to do so

The deadline to present a claim regarding the prizes is seven days after they have been credited. After that, no change will be made by the support team;

Hi, while you're in the game, click on the little nut in the lower right hand corner of the game. Then click on the "question mark" and go to "contact" .... tell them you won the forum contest and ask for your diamonds. You should get them very soon after that.

@-Solaris- It is my understanding that the Diamond Prizes were added to each winners account without the need for a ticket. However I will get confirmation

hehe. was on vacation last week, and just checked in on the last contest to find i'd won!
