Game lag and freezing

Hi all,
Has any one else had issues with the game just freezing or lagging. Things to collect in my world won't collect till I reboot the game?
I sent in a form to help desk and they sent me a form letter back how to clear my cache.
Which I did just to prove it wouldn't help, which it did not.
Anyone have any ideas?
Or is it the game?

I have noticed that there are more errors when an FA is being prepared than at any other time.

Noticing this more frequent on mobile. My browser experience seems fine.

I play on mobile and it's happening quite often lately. I have to log out and log in again regularly, sometimes once every minute!

If you’ve checked
~Internet speed
~Ran a virus protection
~Have no other programs running in the background
~Cleared cache..dumped trash .. and rebooted
~Haven’t made changes to your comp
~Haven’t added any other programs
~Haven’t changed location of comp ( pc)
~Have tried another device and problem persists

Most likely the issue is not yours… wait a few days and see if the problem persists.
