I finished the quest but came up short 1400 keys to win the third chest prize.
There is no way to win this quest in full without buying diamonds to purchase needed keys.
This sucks after the time and goods spent on doing the quest.
Thumbs down on this one.

SoggyShorts, is correct. Many people finished Event with Grand Prize and left over Frozen Keys.

You shouldn't give out a opinion without even looking for more insight, help, idea's, etc.
